Our mission is to empower agrarian communities across Indonesia to be more productive in farming systems and to grow healthier crops and produce supplies while reducing the impact on our planet and also protecting our environment. Together, we will build a more sustainable and equitable food system for all.

VISION

Our vision is to lead by example as a pioneer in environmentally-friendly farming practices while advocating fair labour and trade that raises the standard of living for farmers across Indonesia. By fostering a culture of transparency, innovation, and collaboration, we will build long-lasting partnerships that help benefit all stakeholders for future generations.

SUSTAINABILITY

SDH aims to improve the standard of living in rural communities through good farming practices. We operate our business with an awareness of the environmental impact and footprints while striving to achieve the UNDP Sustainable Development Goals. We invest in people and create an environment for them to discover their fullest potential with integrated programs that prioritise their well-being, through adaptability and inclusivity in their work-life balance. Focusing on learning journeys by sharing cultural experiences and values, our team in SDH advocates the aligned missions within our community of partners and clients to outline the common objectives and target goals. This brings everyone within the ecosystem to act in unity and take accountability in being a responsible corporate citizen.
